Why Interior Design? I love being able to help turns people’s ideas into reality; helping them achieve the look and style they are trying to achieve yet aren’t quite sure how to.
How would you define your personal style? I like very classic, personable spaces that help portray my style and what’s important to me. I don’t want to fill a space just to fill it. I want it to have meaning and purpose behind why my style is the way it is.
How did you convince your parents you wanted to be an Interior Designer? It didn’t take much convincing. After growing up and constantly wanting to re-decorate my parents’ house and always paying attention to so many design elements they didn’t even hesitate when I told them that’s what I wanted to do.
3 things I can’t live without: My planner, my friends and a toothbrush
Why IIDA? I want to be involved in a professional organization whose goal is to better the future of design and educate the public on why we are beneficial to them.
