Why Interior Design? Interior Design is a passion of mine as it affects all ways of life. I truly believe it is a wonderful integral system of humanistic values and principled respect for shapes, color and forms which translate to harmony and balance of living.
How would you define your personal style? My personal style stems from a deep appreciation of culture and travel so there is a constant reference to new and old, historical to contemporary – a contrast of harmonies with restrained and balanced elegance.
How did you convince your parents you wanted to be an Interior Designer? There was no discussion as this is my ultimate passion.
3 things I can’t live without: Music (Classical and R&B), Art (I love Van Gogh and anything inspired by…) and an exquisite French red wine (Burgundy)
Why IIDA? IIDA is an organization that I believe is safeguarding and educating the mass of the true value of what we do in the interior design profession…Ultimately; this also leads to legitimizing our design profession and making sure it stays that way…
